I can't edit the template?Before you can start editing, you have to copy the template to your own workspace. To copy, locate the three-dots menu in the top right corner of the Looker Studio menu bar. If the bar is hidden, you have to hover your cursor on the top of your screen and it will appear. In the dropdown of the three-dots menu, click 'Make a copy'.

Can I get a refund?As described in the License Agreement, Data Studio Guru does not offer refunds for the Looker Studio templates because, as digital products, they can be instantly duplicated upon purchase. It's therefore impossible to "return" a digital product. We focus on providing all the information for you to make a well-considered choice. Every prouct has a preview you can examine before purchase. I also provide clear instructions and technical support if needed.
